Installation and handover
Device planning, fixing, configuration, communication and operation tests, user setup and guidance.
System installation and security response
Phone notifications, installation and a security company’s response service are separate services. Monitoring connections, partners and fees are specified only after a solution is agreed. Response team attendance is not automatically included in installation.
Suitability of wireless or wired solutions depends on the property and selected devices.

Is it suitable for homes with pets?
This depends on the detector, animal and installation conditions. Devices are selected according to manufacturer guidance.
What happens during a power or connection outage?
Communication channels and backup power depend on the selected hub and configuration. They are specified in the proposal.
Can devices be added later?
Expansion depends on the hub, compatibility and system limits. Options are considered in the initial plan.
Who can access the system?
User permissions are agreed with the customer. Remote access requires customer consent and clearly defined permissions.
